The sushi is incredibly fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Service is top-notch—staff are always attentive without being overbearing, and they make you feel genuinely welcome. He offered great recommendations and ensured our experience was smooth from start to finish. We ordered three rolls: Rolls Royce, Happy Jalapeno, and Tuna Lover. Each one was distinct and flavorful. The Rolls Royce was a standout—rich, indulgent, and beautifully plated. The Happy Jalapeno had just the right amount of heat, balanced with fresh ingredients that made every bite interesting. The Tuna Lover was clean, elegant, and melted in the mouth. Overall, Hoshi delivered on every level: delicious food, excellent service, and a relaxed yet upscale setting. I’ll definitely be returning—and next time, I’m trying more from their specialty roll list.

This was our first time dining here and the second we walked in we already liked the atmosphere of the place. Clean, lighting was relaxing and music was relaxing. There the server was very attentive and kept our table clean even while eating! Sushi was so fresh and appetizers were just bursting with flavor! Honestly haven’t came across such a good dining experience like this in a while. Well done!!

This is not the first time we have visited the restaurant. As always, the dishes, the decor and the atmosphere allow you to enjoy delicious food and relax. We immediately noticed that the decor has become more stylish. New chairs have appeared - very comfortable and beautiful. It is nice that the restaurant owners care about the convenience of visitors

Order the pork ramen. Not on the menu. Everything is spectacular. I've lived next to this place for 2 years and someone else suggested it. I was honestly very surprised at the quality. Service was great. Food came fast and a for very wide variety it was all executed very well.
